Thank you for selecting BRIL. Every item is backed by our long tradition of selling quality footwear. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, simply ship it back to us, within 30 days of receiving your order, and we will happily issue a refund.
Return shipping is free.
Returns are subject to inspection upon receipt. All packages, including original containers, must be unmarked and not defaced in any manner.
Once we receive and inspect your return we will issue a credit to you for the value of the merchandise (including any sales tax if applicable), which will be applied to the credit card used on the original purchase. Any shipping charges that may apply will not be refunded. A handling fee of $10.00 will be deducted from the refund amount for each pair returned that we process.
If you ordered the incorrect size and would like to exchange your footwear for a new pair, please contact us here.
If you have a gift return, please note that the original credit card charged will be credited. You may contact us with any questions.
Please allow 2-3 weeks (including in-transit time) for the processing of your refund.
Returns that do not meet these requirements will be returned back to you and no refund will be issued.
